Double, bubble, milfoil is trouble


Enjoy that MacBeth reference. Really, savor it. This was the cover shot for a story about eurasian watermilfoil, a watery plant that is exactly as insidious and menacing as its name implies. It is trying to devour a nearby lake, and this gentleman is trying to put an end to the "noxious aquatic weed" with chemicals.

That's a pretty gorgeous image for a story about the destruction of plant life that's destroying the environment.

I'll bet if you did a story about bad photography, you'd take a pretty picture for it.
